Jeff Morin is the Chief Executive Officer of 7Steps. He is responsible for the company’s direction, strategic goals, and growth objectives with a focus on delivering transformative Ai solutions for the insurance industry, while exploring Ai adoption models for the Canadian federal government, related civilian agencies and the private sector. Jeff employs leadership teams that develop business transformation strategies, advanced processes, and comprehensive technologies to deliver better outcomes through better business processes.
Jeff brings more than 35 years of executive and project leadership experience as a senior consultant in government, banking, insurance, aerospace, and transportation sectors. Prior to joining 7Steps, he was consulting on the implementation of new access to information and privacy (ATIP) solution for the federal government, aiming to transform collaboration practices and improve services. He has worked extensively in the constantly evolving information technology sectors, matching technology with best business and regulatory practices: mainframe applications, architecture, and maintenance; distributed computing; datacenter design and implementation; help desk systems; enterprise applications, architecture, and implementations, and analysis/migration of legacy applications to the cloud. His previous experience working large engineering projects with companies (Airbus, Bombardier, Saab) give him a unique perspective of project management practices outside of the IT industry.
